Virtual Cultural Exchange Program

How do you experience American culture and the English language while being stuck at home?

One word:  Virtually!

Expanding young minds is more important than ever!  In order for them to continue to Thrive for their future.

We created the virtual training that they can experience safely at home.

Growing and expanding young minds creates Future Leaders of tomorrow!

Fun Opportunity Abroad is proud to introduce to the world our new Virtual Cultural Exchange program!

This Innovation brings the classrooms and cultural education into student’s homes. Right now, students are stuck at home until it’s safe to travel again.  FOA understands this and the NEED to prepare them for their future travels to America.

In order to prepare international students for our programs, we offer virtual training to immerse students into American culture and language.

FOA provides conversational ESL training as well as cultural immersion by meeting with local Host Families, meeting actual local students from high school, middle school, or local sports clubs. Additionally, there will be guest speakers  to talk about leadership skills, motivate, and inspire students.  Speakers are from local organizations, sporting teams, global companies!

It’s not just cultural and language training that students need, they deserve inspiration and motivation to be energized for their future.

Learn English at your Digital Classroom

Students will learn and experience American culture with scheduled virtual Zoom meetings.

ESL Learning English online is always challenging, but our online classroom setting allows international students to meet others and is designed to be interactive and FUN!

Our talented ESL instructors focus on each students’ needs with introduction to Conversational English and vocabulary helping  students speak with host families and local students.

Instructors encourage students to speak with locals in order to make the BEST out of the virtual experience. Interaction is key for each student's ability to improve their English skills. They can practice how to interact with native English speakers.

Classrooms will remain small from 10 students and no more than 15 student maximum per virtual classroom.

ESL courses are one and half hour, three times a week.

FOA Host Families have experience speaking and interacting with international students. Our families are SO excited to meet new students who join our Virtual program!

One or two students will be placed with a host family, and will be scheduled to meet and interact with their assigned host family.  The Host family will meet students twice a week for 30 minutes.

Personalized Virtual Learning & Experiences of American Culture and Leadership skills

What will it be like for an international student in the U.S?

Our instructors will introduce and educate students in local American Culture. Students can experience fun and entertaining videos showing what they can expect when they come to visit the local area. Guest speakers will be joining classrooms to speak and encourage leadership skills for education, potential profession, and how to prepare them to live, work, and study in America. Again, this is where preparation meets inspiration!
